Nové has a reception team with limited hours that can help you with retail or general salon questions, but they will direct all booking inquiries to me so I can get in touch with you directly.

Nové has ample free parking, including a lot directly behind the salon! Additional free parking canbe found on Webster St, just south of the salon on either side of Adams.

This is actually an outdated misconception! Coming in with dirty hair isn’t the end of the world, however color works best when there is less in the way of it penetrating your hair, - cleaner hair always yields better color.

The day before your session, or the morning before, gently wash your hair without scrubbing your scalp and you’re good to go!

For safety of little ones and respect of the other stylists and tools/equipment in the salon, any additional guests with you for your session need to be seated in an area outside of the styling stations and shampoo bowls.

If extra guests need to come along, Nové has space in our reception area for your guests to hang out while we complete your session.

In order to best serve every guest, I have policies that are listed here
