  • Life happens - I totally get it!

    I consistently keep a wait list for cancellation openings, so the sooner I am aware of a cancellation, the better I can serve all my guests!

    In order to ensure all guests receive the best possible available appointment times, I ask that you give me at minimum 24 hours notice for any cancellation. Any cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your appointment may result in a rebooking fee of 50% of your booked services in order to reschedule your missed appointment.

  • We all have those days, and I always do my best to get you taken care of when we are short a bit of time. Any guest that runs late will have their appointment adapted to fit the remaining booked time available with no adjustment to the pricing of the booked services. If you happen to run 15 minutes or more late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule services that cannot be accommodated in the remaining time.

    Please text me or call Nové ASAP if you are running late.

  • Out of respect for the entire Nové staff and our guests, please do not come to your appointment while you are sick. If you are feeling unwell, please reach out ASAP and I will be more than happy to get you rescheduled as soon as you are feeling better and not contagious.

    Last minute cancellations due to active illness will not incur a rebooking fee.

  • I want you to love your hair! If you feel your color or haircut missed the mark and feels like it isn’t in alignment with our consultation and plan, I am more than happy to make any adjustments needed. I ask that you reach out within 7 days of your most recent color or cut appointment so we can schedule a complimentary session to make the necessary adjustments.

    Sometimes changes take time to get used to! I take my consultation process and work very seriously, and I strongly suggest feeling 100% confident before you commit to significant changes to your color and cut. If you changed your mind after your session and decide you don’t like the look we agreed on during your consultation, any adjustments will be booked as regular additional color sessions and priced accordingly.

    Due to the nature of color and cutting services, there are no refunds for services.

  • I pride myself on being as neat as possible with my work in the salon, but it is still an environment with color and hair clippings on surfaces at any given moment! I strongly recommend leaving anything too valuable to possibly come into contact with salon products at home and not bringing them to your appointments to keep them safe from contact with color. Nové has robes for guest to wear over their clothing, or you may remove your top and just wear the robe during your services! Please avoid wearing bulky sweaters or hooded sweatshirts to your appointment.

  • I love meeting your family and friends always! Additional guests are always welcome, however for their safety and being respectful to the Nové staff and salon equipment, additional guests must be seated away from the styling stations and salon tools. Nové has seating in the reception area, and high top tables near the shampoo bowls for guest seating!
