CANCELLATION POLICY: I respectfully asks that a minimum of 24 hours notice is given for any cancellations - any cancellations made within the 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment will result in requiring a rebooking fee of 50% of your previously scheduled services to reschedule your appointment.
RE-DO POLICY: Not totally loving your hair after your visit? If you are unhappy with your results based on our initial consultation I am more than happy to adjust anything that doesn't feel right! Reach out to me within 7 days of your original service and I will get you booked for any color or haircut adjustments that align with our original hair plan!
